Héloïse de la Chesnais
Héloïse has been a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department since January 2024, having joined Sesame Avocats from the outset, first as an associate and then as counsel.
Héloïse mainly advises businesses on all their employment law issues. She is regularly involved in the implementation of large-scale restructurings, from the stage of strategic and legal definition of the transformation tools through the integration and management of the redefinition of social policies. She has developed her expertise with companies belonging to international groups, but also enjoys working with start-ups to facilitate the implementation of a suitable working environment.
