Health Law - Health and Safety - Occupational risk prevention in the workplace

Laure and Anne-Carine have developed highly complementary expert practices in the healthcare sector, whether in structuring activities and/or restructuring groups (pharmacists, doctors, biologists, etc.), drafting privileged practice contracts, managing the resulting disputes, dealing with regulatory issues or assisting with disciplinary proceedings before the various professional bodies, alongside their respective generalist activities in business law and high-net-worth litigation.

Their employment law partners are also active in the health and life sciences sector, dealing with all strategic orientations and issues relating to employees and human resources management in this sector.

The labor & employment law team has also developed considerable expertise in assisting companies with occupational health issues, particularly psycho-social risks (implementation of prevention tools, staff training), and also assists them with investigations into reports of moral or sexual harassment. Barbara has also developed a recognized expertise with her industrial clients, whom she assists with all aspects of occupational risk prevention under employment law, such as exposure to chemical risks, problems of co-activity in the workplace and the implementation of prevention plans.

Mathieu and Barbara also defend their clients' interests in individual litigation involving accidents at work or occupational illnesses, and in collective litigation, particularly relating to exposure to asbestos.
