Mathilde Declercq

Mathilde joined the firm in 2022 as a lawyer.

Mathilde has a multidisciplinary practice, advising and litigating in both Labor and Employment law and the firm's Commercial Law litigation department.

Mathilde's litigation practice includes cases before labor courts, notably concerning discrimination in the workplace and moral harassment, and cases before the civil and commercial courts concerning business law.

In 2021, Mathilde won first prize in the moot court competition simulating a hearing before the international chambers of the Paris Commercial Court. In 2023, she co-organized the third edition of this competition.
