Barbara's career with leading Anglo-Saxon law firms and her love of the English language and culture have given her recognized experience in assisting international groups, particularly in the automotive and hospitality industries, with the implementation of their strategic projects, such as the reorganization of their activities, mergers and acquisitions or the harmonization of group policies.
Committed to health and safety issues in the workplace, Barbara assists companies in their efforts to prevent occupational risks, particularly psychosocial risks, by setting up prevention tools and conducting investigations into reports of moral or sexual harassment.

Barbara is passionate about health and safety issues in the workplace, which are forcing companies to take up new challenges, particularly in relation to new technologies and changing working practices. She also advises her clients on all issues relating to occupational exposure, co-activity in the workplace and the implementation of prevention plans.
Trained in collaborative amicable dispute resolution, Barbara regularly assists her clients, both French and foreign, in complex disputes involving the departure of managers or key employees, by encouraging the search for negotiated solutions.
Barbara is a member of various animal protection associations, a cause that is particularly close to her heart.
