Sébastien Ducamp
Sébastien is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law department. For nearly 30 years, he has advised international groups, mainly American, on the organization and harmonization of their social and remuneration policies. Sébastien has developed recognized expertise in high-stakes strategic operations and large-scale restructuring (downsizing due to economic circumstances, reorganizations linked to mergers, acquisitions, or disposals).
Sébastien is also heavily involved in supporting executives and managers, whom he advises on career transitions and reorientations.
