Anne-Carine defends the interests of French and international companies, investment funds, corporate officers and partners in commercial, equity and post-acquisition disputes.

Trained in amicable dispute resolution methods and convinced of their relevance, Anne-Carine incorporates negotiated solutions into the legal strategies she proposes to her clients in order to meet their needs as closely and efficiently as possible.

  • Anne-Carine assists her clients in resolving conflicts between partners. She advises them in connection with the renovation process of officers, during the implementation of such revocation procedures or in order to counter abusive dismissals, during the implementation of shareholders' agreements, memoranda of understanding and promises to sell, in the implementation of asset and liability warranties and claims for earnouts.

    With a strong presence in the healthcare sector, Anne-Carine has been advising practitioners for many years on disputes arising from the breach of practice contracts, and also advises major French groups operating clinics, medical biology laboratories and care homes for the elderly with their contractual issues with their partners.

    Passionate about human relations, communication and negotiation tools, Anne-Carine is an avid traveler, and practices yoga and meditation.

  • Anne-Carine co-founded and co-directs the University Diploma of Amicable Dispute Resolution (‘Modes amiables de résolution des différents’), i.e., collaborative law, participatory procedure, and mediation, at the University of Paris-Nanterre. She is also a lecturer at the University of Aix-Marseille, Institut d'études politiques de Paris (IEP), i.e., ‘Sciences Po Paris’, and the Catholic University of Lille. Anne-Carine is a member of the French Association of Collaborative Law Practitioners (AFPDC). She is co-author of the ‘Guide des modes amiables de résolution des différends’ about amicable dispute resolution (LexisNexis, 2022/2023).
