Laure Varachas

Laure is a partner in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions department. For over 15 years, Laure has been advising and assisting businesses of all sizes, including listed and unlisted companies, start-ups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, managers, investment funds, financial institutions and groups, as well as individuals (shareholders, investors or employees) with their projects.

Laure has developed particular expertise in corporate governance, group restructuring and fundraising. She particularly enjoys working with companies involved in regulated activities (financial sector, eco-organisation, medical sector, etc.).
