Barbara is passionate about health and safety issues in the workplace, which are forcing companies to take up new challenges, particularly in relation to new technologies and changing working practices. She also advises her clients on all issues relating to occupational exposure, co-activity in the workplace and the implementation of prevention plans.
Trained in collaborative amicable dispute resolution, Barbara regularly assists her clients, both French and foreign, in complex disputes involving the departure of managers or key employees, by encouraging the search for negotiated solutions.
Barbara is a member of various animal protection associations, a cause that is particularly close to her heart.

As a partner of a number of leading professional training bodies, Barbara regularly runs training courses in employment law and health and safety at work, and helps companies to implement effective and educational tools to limit the risks of liability for the company and its directors, particularly in terms of preventing moral harassment and psychosocial risks, in coordination with occupational psychologists.
